Fabulous Magazine Article - Out 30th March 2014

One of Fabulous' many covers

So I am pleased to announce I will be featured in Fabulous Magazine, a weekend insert with The Sun newspaper. They are writing an article on cam girls and I was excited to participate. I am always happy to discuss camming and bring it to the attention of the general public because it can help girls like myself who might be in desperate situations. It also draws attention from potential customers and that can only be beneficial.

It is paraphrased, but I am happy with how my part of the article sounds and I look forward to seeing the whole thing in 11 days time.

Much Love

Tuesday, 18 February 2014 - Do Not Sign Up!

Don't let this company give you a sad face!

If you want to find happiness, you will not find it at A typical "agency" they do pretty much nothing for girls, while taking a hefty chunk of their pay, at least 15%. They are a Streamate recruiter,so save your time and your money and go directly to Streamate. Streamate will give you 35% of your earnings, whereas will only give you 20%.

Not only are they taking your money and doing nothing useful for you with their 15% fee (aside from setting up your profile), they also tie you into a ridiculous contract that tries to prevent you from working as a cam model anywhere else for 2 years if you leave them. Do you really want to be harassed for exercising your right to not work for a firm that (in my opinion) is ripping you off?

I received an email from cam girl "BrittanyCurves" asking for advice because she was being harassed and bullied by her ex boss, a male model named Dustin, aka "Happy Feelmore".

Brittany realised that the pay rate was appalling and notified Dustin that she was terminating her contract. She signed up with Chaturbate as a independent/freelancer, but in no time at all Dustin was attempting to have her account shut down because of the clause in his bogus contract that says

3.2 Model, expressly grants to AGENCY full license to use any and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights in and to the Content, or any portion thereof, via an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferable, exclusive license to AGENCY. Model agrees to be bound exclusively to AGENCY and not to work for any competing agency for a period of two years. With the rights granted herein, AGENCY may, without limitation, use, distribute, reproduce, display, perform, publish, modify, adapt, translate, transmit, market, import, export, promote and/or create derivative works of the Content in any medium or technology whatsoever, now known or to be developed in the future. Model further agrees that AGENCY shall be the sole owner and holder of all copyrights and all other proprietary rights in and to any and all derivative works created from the Content.”
Let me tell you why that is bogus

You cannot own people for two years, you cannot own people for any amount of time. You cannot stop people from earning money in their chosen profession because they quit your agency. You can own the camgirls stage name, you can own her intellectual property from the time she was under the contract, but you cannot enslave someone for two years.

The contract is not enforceable. Brittany sought legal advice and the contract was deemed a servitude situation which a judge would not enforce. Employees have a right to walk away from contracts where they have been misled, contracts that have been breached, or where payments have failed to be made. Brittany was misled into believing this agency was working towards furthering her career. She understood they would be doing more than setting up a profile and issuing payments.

She was also told that pee shows were illegal and any model doing them would be banned from the agency, but she has sent me proof Dustin was participating in pee shows for money. This was another reason she chose to walk away from the company.

Furthermore, Brittany is not working for any agency, she is completely freelance. She is using chat platforms as an independent cam girl. His contract states she cannot work for another agency, which she is not doing. She is not breaking the contract by going freelance.

Dustin continued to harass Brittany and says she needs to pay $200 to get out of her contract of he will be pursuing legal action. He's a bully attempting to use scare tactics to frighten her into paying up. Most people don't want to involve a lawyer because of the cost involved, and so $200 might seem like a cheap solution. It's a complete scam though, as his case against her is incredibly weak. (Keep in mind your local laws may vary.)

When he didn't get his way he decided to send letters to her parents house and Brittany has had to involve law enforcement due to the level of harassment. I have seen the email exchange between them and believe me when I say I think he is a complete scum bag.

Girls, Brittany does not want you to suffer at the hands of an asshole the way she has, and I don't want you to either. So please, do yourself a favour and do not sign up with this awful agency!

Much Love and Peace
